Fine Dust and Hepa systems

Our critical Containment and Aseptic processing systems are supported via a wide variety of filtration elements including disposable filters, fine dust filters and Hepa filters. Available in stainless steel or aluminium frames with continuous gasket and liquid seal mounting technology for assurance of seal integrity.

Filter types include panel filters, high capacity filters, cylindrical filters and cartridge type to integrate throughout our range of pharmaceutical Downflow booths, isolators and decontamination systems 


Supply plenums and housings

To enable laminar flow or Turbulent airflow within clean rooms in pharmaceutical and bio-pharma applications.

Constructed in 1.6mm aluminium or stainless, continuously welded Terminal filter ducted ceiling exhaust housing for HEPA/ULPA filters in clean rooms, gel seal, with individual bubble tight damper. Provided with in-place test ports, quick filter change via rotating clamps and finished with Stainless steel 304 flush perforated hinged grille, 40% open with 38mm removable trim

Available in a variety of sizes to suit a range of standard sized panel filters. Can also include integrated fan systems for individual airflow control over a desired work space.


Ideal for clean room turbulent supply air and Active RABS systems for localized control over contained or aseptic processing zones.


Exhaust plenums and housings

Provides localized exhaust filtration including safe change facilities from a variety of dust generating processes, or simple return air filtration on the local room side.

The Filter housing would be constructed in coated carbon steel or 304/316L stainless steel and typically includes a pre-filter section and final filter section accessible either from room side or technical space. Features include integrity test sections and isolation dampers during maintenance.


The standard system is factory pressure decay tested at 10" w.g. at the Absolute filter sealing surface and 15" w.g. for the overall system pressure boundaries.

These systems are an ideal option for localised filtration in low-medium dust burden environments to ensure close to source filtration, no duct work contamination, easy maintenance as well as removing the need for external dust collectors.
